Jason Pace


Jason is the husband to his high-school sweetheart Pam and the father of 3 kids; daughter Pria and sons Rece and Malachi. He grew up a Hoosier, in Plainfield just west of Indianapolis. The Pace's lived just south of Cincinnati in Northern Kentucky for 18 years before moving to Wilmington in December 2020. He is a lifelong student with paper from Indiana University, Xavier University, and biblical studies at Johnson University.

Fun Fact: Jason runs Spartan races and a marathons despite self-proclaiming to dislike running!

Elijah Coleman


A Kentucky boy at heart, Elijah grew up in Louisville KY and pursued a Bible degree at Ozark Christian College.  Halfway through his time in school, he married Blakeley (also on staff), and they moved to Wilmington at the beginning of 2020 finishing school online.

Fun Fact: Despite being from KY, his favorite music genre is funk not bluegrass.  Also his love language is steak.

Dacia Lambert


Dacia has been a long time follower of Jesus as well as a member of FCC. She loves that we get to share stories of God's love with the next generation and encourage a strong foundation in a relationship with Jesus. When she has some free time she loves to cook and bake for friends and family.

Fun Fact: Dacia loves llamas... a lot.  Her daughter, Stephanie, says she has an unusual obsession with them. She finds that they calm her and make her smile.

Blakeley Coleman


Growing up with family in ministry, Blakeley knew from a young age that’s where she was being called and graduated from Ozark Christian College in 2019. Her passion is helping kids develop a deeper relationship with their Heavenly Father. When she’s not working, she loves to spend time with her husband, puppy, and two cats.

Fun Fact: Ever since encountering a taxidermy bison head at a Mexican restaurant, at the age of 5, Blakeley has been terrified of bison.

Jake Copeland


In 2015, Jake and his lovely wife Kylee moved to Wilmington never having dreamed of leading the youth ministry at a church. Since 2019, he’s been having a blast planning and leading some amazing students. Some have even heard the whispers that are saying it seems like he is having more fun than the students.

Fun Fact: His favorite kind of coffee is black coffee because it is the hardest one to mess up.

Karen Jackson


Karen was born and raised in Texas. In 2014, at the tender age of 39, she journeyed north to Wilmington with her husband, Keith, and their two kiddos, Keifer and Kate. She joined the FCC staff in the summer of 2017.

Fun Fact: Karen loves Diet Dr. Pepper and K-Pop!
