Christ's Humility
In chapter two of Philippians, Paul urges readers to live a life of humility and put others above themselves. He compels the Church to be of one mind in the same Spirit. The example is Christ, who lived His life as a service to others and eventually even gave up His life for others. To aid this unity, Paul implores readers to do everything without grumbling or arguing. The chapter ends with Paul sharing about Timothy and Epaphroditus traveling to and from Ephesus. Pastor Jason highlights how when we put others above ourselves, we become the light in the world. Pastor Ryan explains that we should do all things with love for others and not out of selfish ambition.
