The Body
This sermon was preached on 08/27/23 at First Christian Church in Wilmington, Illinois.
God created us in His image. Through that creation, we have the blessing of family. A family can be a place of provision and protection. The great thing is we all can be a part of the family united through Jesus' family. While this adopted family may be messy, because people are messy, everyone is invited to be a part of the family. We are blessed to be a part of a family with a loving Father and a promise to dwell together. This family is founded on the grace of Christ, and all are invited to be a part of one family, one body.
